Were really nice to ensure we felt at home during our seven-night stay. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, blending Eastern and Western flavors. The Wi-Fi connection made it difficult to work effectively.

Marvellous location, just 10 minutes to the city centre. Modest restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel. Above average and satisfactory breakfast choice with olives, cheese and many yummy options.

The location stands out, directly beside a large mall with easy access to public transport. Tram and bus stops right at the entrance. Airport bus service nearby. The breakfast offered good options, plenty to choose from, and the beds felt comfortable. Cleaning staff were nice, always flashing a smile. My room could have been better regarding internet reliability. It dropped frequently. Encountered some delays with room service, made me wait longer than expected. Reception staff were pleasant but had some communication gaps. While I had a pleasant stay, a few areas need attention to bring it to a higher standard.

€45,- for double room with extra sofa was such a bargain that the staff at front desk was surprised too. Staff was extremely kind and nice. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was clean and adequate. Hotel's location was perfect. 10 minutes' walk to city's must-see places. I wonder what this hotel lacks to get the fifth star, it even has a swimming pool! Definitely would stay again.

Windows are a bit close. It didn't bother us though; we spend our day outside, so we didn't need the windows. :)

Clean excellent value hotel with a lovely pool and a magnificent location very close to the old town, Republic Square and the Forum Mall, and the restaurant. Above average and good breakfast with many yummy options, local food, olives - well worth the money.

Language barrier with staff could benefit from improvement!!! Poor internet connectivity presents challenges during online activities!!! The pool area cleanliness could use more attention!!! Limited vegetarian selections might alienate international guests!!!

The decoration of the rooms are relaxing, there is good care. It is silent so you can get a good night's sleep.

Its clean n well run Hotel, with nice staff. But apart from this i liked your booking com service a lot with close attention n immediate call when my earlier booking was seems full.

There were cigarette burns in carpet of my room.

The location was superb, as it is conveniently situated right next to a large shopping mall. The breakfast provided a good variety, especially enjoying the fusion of local and international flavors, which catered well to our family's tastes. The staff's friendliness stood out.
